The U.S. Company Fundamentals database covers approximately 10,000 active public companies with listed equity securities in the United States. The database includes all companies traded on NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ, including National Market, Small Cap and OTC Bulletin Board, and all companies that have listed American Depository Receipts (ADRs) on U.S. stock exchanges.

All financial data is compiled from company annual reports, 8-K reports, 10-K reports, 10-Q reports, interim reports, proxy statements, press releases and business news stories. Certain data items are licensed from third-party providers.

All equity data is fully adjusted for stock splits and dividends. Data is provided "as-reported" and presented in industry-standard templates. An additional "Restated Record" is available for all firms that have restated their financials.

Company Header information includes: CUSIP, Name, Ticker, Exchange, Industry(s) (SIC, NAIC & Hemscott Industry Group) and short Business Description.

Data on U.S. companies includes:
