Complete Product Description
The U.S. Executive Compensation database provides comprehensive information on salaries, cash compensation, option grants, other stock-related compensation and auditor fees, as reported in the Annual Meeting Proxy Statements or Form 10-K, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The database currently provides compensation data for directors and officers of U.S. public companies.
In addition to the detailed information from corporate company proxies, the Executive Compensation database also takes key financial performance data from Hemscott's U.S. Company Fundamentals database. This additional data allows for richer analysis using a variety of methodologies: analysis of historical compensation overtime, compensation to company performance (as defined by stock price performance) and analysis of industry compensation trends.

Up to 5 Years of available Compensation data for the top five executive officers of each company, including:
- Total Cash Compensation and breakdown of Salary, Bonus and Other
- Non-Cash Compensation provided for Restricted Stock Awards, Securities Underlying Options, LTIP Payouts and Other
- Stock Options Granted details such as:
- Number of Securities Underlying Options Granted
- Percent of Total Options Granted During Fiscal Year
- Exercise Price
- Expiration Date
- Grant Date Present Value
- Black-Scholes Indicated Value
- Stock Options Granted and Exercised, including:
- Number of Shares Acquired on Exercise
- Value Realized for Options Exercised
- Number of Securities Underlying Unexercised Options, Exercisable and Unexercisable
